A former racer turned coach, Max has plenty of experience teaching beginners through to advanced skiers, as well as those who simply want to experience the mountain. As a dad of three, he’s fantastic with children and families, and has strong experience working with children who have learning difficulties or need extra patience, always with a calm, positive approach. Fluent in Italian and English, with conversational French. Fun, confidence, and happy ski days guaranteed.

INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE
Oreste
Born in a small alpine village in Valmalenco, deep in the Italian Alps, Oreste has lived and breathed the mountains since childhood. He first put on skis at the age of three and never looked back — progressing through national youth competitions before qualifying as a professional instructor with the Italian Federation at just nineteen. Fluent in Italian, English, and French, Oreste has taught skiers of all ages and levels across the world — from the
powder fields of Japan and Alaska to the classic slopes of Canada and Europe. Since 2010, he has made Val d’Isère his home, captivated by the diversity of its terrain and the spirit of its mountains. During the summer, he runs a family mountain refuge in his native valley, staying connected to the rhythm of alpine life all year round. Whether guiding a child’s first turns or leading an experienced skier into untouched snow, his goal is to share the emotion, discovery, and pure joy that define his lifelong relationship with the mountains.

MOUNTAINEER & ALL-ROUND GUIDE
Giulio
Born and raised in the mountains, Giulio started skiing as soon as he could walk. A former ski racer turned instructor, he brings both technical precision and a deep passion for the outdoors to every day on the slopes. Beyond skiing, Giulio is a certified breathwork facilitator, mountaineer, climber and paraglider — pursuits that reflect his connection to nature and his calm, focused presence in any environment. His holistic approach to teaching combines
performance with awareness, helping each skier find balance, confidence, and flow. Fluent in five languages, Giulio has spent over a decade guiding and teaching in Val d’Isère. His philosophy is simple: skiing is not just a sport — it’s a way to feel fully alive in the
mountains.

INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE
Enrico
Enrico began skiing at the tender age of two. His passion for the sport grew stronger, and he began competing, eventually competing in FIS events. Life forced him to put his sporting career on hold because he was intrigued by the world around him. He had the opportunity to study abroad in high school and university, experiencing new languages and cultures. Only after these experiences he became a ski instructor in 2012. Driven by this incredible passion, he chose to move from Cortina d'Ampezzo to Val d'Isère, a more cosmopolitan place with the opportunity to experience all the cultures he knew and discover new ones in this welcoming mountain village. Here he met new people who influenced his future decisions, and so it was that time for his experience as an instructor in Australia, while also collaborating with the Russian national sailing team. His passion for both worlds—mountains and ocean—is what drives him and ignites his spirit to share everything he has learned.

FREESTYLE & PERFORMANCE
Ruggero
Ruggero has been a professional ski instructor since 2010. He spent around ten years competing for the Italian national freestyle skiing team and leveraged his experience to work as an instructor in Italy and as a coach in Australia before making Val d'Isère his full-time home since 2016. While competing, he accomplished a Master of Science in Sports Training, an academic background that deeply informs his current teaching. He loves combining his in-depth knowledge of skiing technique with the science of human movement to ensure his guests progress in the most effective and efficient way possible.Fluent in Italian, English, and French, Ruggero enjoys sharing his technical precision and passion for the mountains with skiers of all abilities, helping each one unlock their potential and find their own style on the
snow.

SKIING & WELLNESS
Pamela
Skiing has been part of Pamela’s life since childhood. Beginning race training at just six years old and later competing in FIS events, Pamela became a certified ski instructor in 2009. Over 17 years of teaching, she has worked in incredible destinations — including two winters in Cortina and five summers across Australia, New Zealand, and Chile. After 13 years with Oxygène in Val d’Isère, she chose to continue her journey as an independent instructor two years ago. Beyond skiing, Pamela is passionate about yoga and holistic well-being. She completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Chamonix (2018) and a 300-hour advanced training in India (2023), where she also began exploring sound healing. Now based in Val
d’Isère, she teaches yoga and offers sound healing sessions, blending movement, breath, and sound to help others find balance both on and off the slopes. Whether on skis or on the mat, her goal remains the same: to help people connect with their bodies, build confidence, and experience the magic of the mountains.

MOUNTAIN & OCEAN
Enrico
Enrico grew up in the heart of the Italian Alps, in the ski resort of Sauze d’Oulx, where winter was more a way of life than a season. He joined the local racing club as a child, quickly developing the drive and discipline that would define his skiing career. After years of competition, Enrico traded the starting gate for the coaching lane, becoming a certified ski instructor and racing coach. His love for the mountains soon drew him beyond the racecourse and into the backcountry, where he finds his true element — exploring untouched snow, wide- open spaces, and that unique sense of freedom that only the mountains can offer. He is now pursuing his next goal: becoming a certified Mountain Guide. Over the years, Enrico has coached athletes across Italy and South America, and has had the honor of working with the U.S. Ski Team and Thomas Vonn at West Mountain Racing in New York. Since 2021, he has made his home in Val d’Isère, in the French Alps — a place where world-class skiing meets refined alpine culture, and where Enrico continues to share his passion for both racing and freeride skiing.
